I am not sure about this one. Is personal tagged as "Founder" supposed to get a modifier when it comes to Dection rolls? If this is the case, the current version does not take it into account (so you have to manhandle the modifier).
AtB 2.31 rules do not specify any additional modifer for Defection rolls for "Founders"

I couldn't find anything about Founders as well, so I guess Founder is just for the Fluff included.
No... Founder = gets an extra share in the Share system of AtB.
