#854 Engines take extra damage after saving/reloading

The salvaged ENF-6G in this campaign file only had 6 engine hits, but it was changed to 12 engine hits after saving/reloading. The other ENF-6G also had its engine take extra damage after saving/reloading.

If you add a new scenario manually and resolve it using the autosave, you can see the actual number of hits the enforcers had before the bug occurred and increased their engine hits to 12.

I think what is happening is that if the mech loses a location with an engine slot, mekHQ will automatically increase the engine hits to the maximum after saving/reloading. So instead of taking 3 hits because a XL engine mech loses a side torso, mekHQ will change it to 12 hits after saving/reloading.
