Even though 'Award 1 XP per completed scenario' is checked in campaign options, no XP gets awarded to deployed personnel when the scenario is manually resolved.
This will be fixed automatically as soon as the MegaMek.jar included with MHQ is using revision 11000 or higher. It was simply happening because a specific attribute wasn't being included in the MUL file.
