#65 Improving iOS MP4 Compatibility

Group information is now added to audio tracks. All audio tracks except the first one are marked 'disabled' by default. This prevents the audio tracks from being played all at once in iOS. While as written, this patch adds this whether or not the iPhone or iPod device profile was selected, it does not affect playback by non-Apple devices and software.
All subtitle tracks except for the first one are marked disabled when the iPhone or iPod device profile is selected, in order to ensure compatibility.
*When the iPhone or iOS device profile is selected and a chapter file is selected, in addition to being converted to the XML format the iOS devices understand, the regular ogg txt file is also added. This facilitates compatibility of the chapters with a wider array of software, while still being recognized properly by Apple software and devices.
