#396 Option to extract subs and Chapters from input

Would it be possible to have a tool in either HD Streams extractor or Filenidexer that would allow the user to extract subs and chapters when demuxing.

Could use mkvtools to enable this option for mkv input or prompt the user to let megui to remux input into Mkv to enable features.

An alternative would be to enable one click encoder to read mkvinfo and apply to file eg Chapters and subs.

For some file types (e.g. MKV) it is possible to demux subtitles/chapters with the HD Streams Extractor.
