#960 One-Click will not open mkv

For some reason the latest episodes from Erai-Raws (https://erai-raws.info/) will not open in MeGUI. If I drag the file to the MeGUI window the program just seems to hang, and if I open One-Click manually and drag the file to Input it also just hangs.

I have tried "Yuukoku no Moriarty - 02" for all sizes, "Munou na Nana - 03" 1080p, "Kami-tachi ni Hirowareta Otoko - 03" 1080p but 02 works fine, etc.

Does that problem still exist with the recent version of MeGUI? If yes, could you please provide a direct link to a problematic file?

Well, it seems the newer version of Erai-Raws files don't have this problem any more, but I did find an older file that shows the newer MeGUI (2933 and 2937) still has this problem. So best to find the problem and solve it in case any other files cause the same issue.

The good news is I can reproduce the bug. The bad news is that it is related to the outdated mediainfo.dll currently used. I plan to update that, but this is not so easily done. However it should not take years to get it done. We will see :)
What I will do as a workaround is to ensure that MeGUI does not wait forever for the media information to be generated. I am only unsure what a proper value is, but after ~5min I would assume the result should be in all cases available.

2939 is online. It should fix your issue partially. But the MediaInfo thread is still hanging around and will prevent MeGUI to be closed.

Tried it, times out after 1 min (which I thought was a much better time), so at least I don't wait wondering. So seems good. You can close this bug.

Thank you very much for the feedback. The real solution with the new mediainfo.dll is also on the way, but I cannot give any date yet.
