#944 don't run megui on win 10

hi
i install windows 10 with last update and after running megui and updating (stable and after that development server) when i run megui, it can't convert video. the log is attached to ticket.
please help i convert some file every day and need to solve the problem. i have used win 7 before updating to win 10 and no problem with megui.

do you have k-lite codeck installed
if not pls install them and when finished go for codec tweak tool
choose preferred decoders and change all for lav
it will fix video not encoding and also avisynth filters selection
reply if all things are good

Please try also the 32 bit build of MeGUI. Some filters/files are more stable that way.
