Extracting 3D BD's with eac3to 3.29 doesn't work via HD Streams Extractor either, but both 3.28 and 3.29 work fine via Eac3to and More GUI 1.09 Beta 11/CLI, so the problem appears to be with how HD Streams Extractor communicates with eac3to 3.28+ for feature retrieval of 3D Blu-rays. I added a screenshot of HD Streams Extractor + eac3to 3.29 reading Tangled 3D below to show this as well as the log.
So far the problem is only with 3D BD's and not 2D BD's. I have tested Tangled 3D (fails), the normal 2D only Tangled disc (no problems), and Holotronica (3D fails, no separate 2D disc available to test).
Summary:
2D Blu-rays continue to work as before in HD Streams Extractor regardless of the eac3to version
3D Blu-rays fail in HD Streams Extractor when using eac3to 3.28 or newer, although eac3to itself can still extract the streams via command line or another GUI
So it looks like HD Streams extractor needs to be patched to work with eac3to 3.28 and newer for 3D Blu-rays.
I don't think the mpls on it's own will do any good without the related files (m2ts, ssif, clpi, etc). Do you want me to upload all that? I don't want to get in trouble for uploading copyrighted stuff. On the other hand 00011.mpls is just the menu video, so would that be ok?
Does it work with other BluRay discs ? Could you upload somewhere the 00011.mpls file please ?
Can you please try if eac3to 3.29 fixes the problem?

Eac3to 3.28+ output for 3D Blu-Ray is slightly different. Will be fixed in 2526.
I can confirm that the issue has been solved with the recent update.
Thanks for reporting back.
