#794 Some display bug

Sorry for my bad English.
The AAC Configuration dialog(include QAAC and NeroAAC) is not displayed completely. Some settings are not displayed well. And this issue is also happened in the x264 settings.

I think for x264 settings dialog, there is lack of a grey line in the red circle.

Sorry, for me everything is fine (Win 8.1 default DPI). Therefore I cannot fix it.

I actually have a similar, but different situation. When I go to any of the profile configs and add a preset, the naming dialog box appears then disappears behind the configuration dialog. It happens on any of them. I can't move the config dialog because it's not active and I can't see to name because the active box stays hidden behind. ALT-TAB doesn't even bring it to the front. I would post a screen, but as I said it's hidden.

I try to read the code and did some little change, and it seems works.
I just open the project in the VS and open qaacConfigurationPanel.cs, move the scrollbar? down to the end and enlarge the downside. And it is seems better.
Before my change, the panel looks like the picture before.png.
And after my change is like the after.png
Hope it works~

Sadly I cannot do that change as the scrollbar is needed when "Constrained VBR" is choosen.

Which DPI value are you using?

Since 2810 High DPI support is enabled
