as per the readable screenshot on the meGUI thread (as i cant find a txt log with these reports)

im getting these 'COM class factory' reported errors on meGUI startup ,it doesnt seem to be effecting the GUI use after its cleared though, very odd.
my OS is windows Xp x32 SP3 ,fully updated, core2duo E4400 @2Ghz
there is nothing what so ever in the xp 'event viewer' except under 'Service Control Manager'
"The Remote Access Connection Manager service depends on the Telephony service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. "
does MeGUI or any of its routines try to call and use the 'Telephony service' calls for anything that may account for this MEGUI startup error if so Why?, as the update unicast TCP works fine IF and when i wish to check and update"
The call to GetMOStuff has been removed and therefore the bug should be resolved with any build >= 0.3.1.1058. If not please drop me a line or open a new bug report.
