I had this error too, took me forever to realize I forgot to set
my permissions on the cgi-bin and the cgi files.

I have the same Problem. The rights are set correctly, the
Modules are installed, the correct path to perl is set ... :(

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to
    complete your request.

    Error message:
Premature end of script headers: progress.cgi

I have the same problem, anybody know whats happening?

I had the same problem and it was the configuration of the
$tmp_dir var in header.cgi script. If you are in windows
remember to user \\ for backslashes.
    Hope that works

Anyone figure this out yet? I have already set my
permissions to 777 on my cgi-bin folder and files (for
    testing only).

also have installed. Getting the same error as everyone else
