#1321 Mass configure units

Right now you can only mass edit the following in the lobby (when multiple units are selected):

-Delete

-Randomize name/skill

-Change owner

I suggest expanding this options to include :

-Set camo

-Configure pilots (skill levels, special abilities, etc)

-Equipment/Deployment options

It would save a LOT of time when setting up a force rather than doing it unit by unit.

If we only got the option to Multi-Select and Change Deployment Turn that would be a wonderful start.

Failing that if the Unit window would remember which TAB was selected that would be great as well. If the Turn Drop-Down could remember last selected that would be awesome.

However the main goal is Multi-Select and Change Deployment

Followed by Multi-Select and Change (Many Things)

Mass change deployment round would be very helpful. Especially on older machines it is helpful to let Princess deploy first, which can mean a very large number of deployment adjusts for the human player.
