The Royal Stuka BV is incorrect and the one you have is the Quad PPC STU-K5b2, the b2 should have 2 ERPPCs in each wing.

For future reference this would actually be a bug and should be posted on the bug tracker.

We don't have an official Record sheet for the b2 so I've made it buts its unofficial.

With a 18 point BV difference its hard to say what the issue is.
