Pretty sure the Booby Trap hasn't been implemented in MegaMek. The construction data is there, but the item itself doesn't work.
What about the self destruct button?
The TacOps rule for self destruct (page 77) only refers to mechs.
Booby traps are just construction data right now, no implementation. There's a feature ticket for it: [feature-requests:#1307].
