I've put back the
"Sistema ha entendido"
for backtranslation, but not sure if this the correct
spanish label.

any suggestions ?

I would suggest:
First: correct: "Repuesta" to "Respuesta"
and for the backtranslation: "El sistema ha entendido:"
I like the "Pulsa y habla" and for the "Play" why not
something like "Pulsa y escucha" (press and listen) or th
play symbol.

I would suggest:
1. correct "Repuesta" to "Respuesta"
2. "El sistema ha entendido:" for the Backtranslation
3. replace "play" by "Pulsa y escucha" as like the "Pulsa y
habla" button.
