#7 adding req player via adminmod

Ender has another cool idea.

an adminmod plugin that will allow admins to add
wonids to the required players database simply by
using an admin_ command.

this would be done by having adminmod log the request,
and having mediator sniff it out.

kudos to Ender for this clever idea.
