#29 Add support for play/pause/chapters in transcoded streams

This patch adds support for play/pause and go to time in transcoded streams.
New parameter is passed to transcoder script - "%range" with start-end time of transcoded request.
Under PS3 it is always something like "123.456-", which means start transcoding at 123.456 secs to the end of file.

This works for music well.

I had trouble with video getting it to work past 1.5x. When I tried 10x the PS3 froze and when I hit play it just resumed from where it left off.

Good progress though. Mediatomb needs this feature.

Also, the scene search feature does not work with this patch. Not sure if you intend it to or not.

The music end time shows up as "-:--:--" on the PS3, too.

Probably something that must be resolved in another patch.
