#33 App unexpectedly quits w/everything

No matter what I try to do in MediaPipe I am getting no
output or it always quits unexpectedly.

I started out trying to use MissingMPEGTools. Follow
directions exactly:

Always returns:

Error ID -1
Creating the CollectionControlObject for the Pipeling List

Tried again using the MissingMPEGTools/CLI:

Does not return error, but outputs nothing:

Tried following tutorial at MediaPipe home and am
unable to select any pipes except for file browser in
step #1.
