As I was checking out different UTF8 tags, I tried importing a song with a ID3v2.4 with Hebrew in the title that my friend e-mail me. The LibraryScanner::ScanFile failed for what seemed to be because of a NULL title. Is this an issue with taglib?

I have tried converting the tags to v2.3 and it seems to be reading it fine. I'm not sure what this problem is exactly.
On the same note, should we consider bundling the patched taglib in order to support reading m4a files?
