We compiled the OS X GUI for the release, and we still do it every night.
last snapshot is here:
https://mediaarea.net/download/snapshots/binary/mediainfo-gui/20160915/
with .tar.gz for the source used for the .dmg also in this directory.

We need more information (e.g. error log, OS version...)
