MXF has two sets of possible parameters that can be used to derive the content range. Both can be read out using MediaTrace.

For RGB (Within the RGBA):
Component Min Ref
Component Max Ref

For YCbCr (Within the CDCI):
Black Ref Level
White Ref level
Color Range

It would be useful to have to things reported explicitely by Media Info

  More seriously, MediaInfo can not survive if we do it all for free, including small things like this one. Sponsoring such feature you need would not cost a lot and would help MediaInfo. Please consider to sponsor MediaInfo if you appreciate it.
