Hello there, I would like to check if there is a possibilty to check EOM (End of Media Timecode) in MediaInfo. We use workflows to check SOM and Duration on files via MediaInfo, and we have a need to check to EOM too. Please let me know if this is available or something that could be added soon. We use commandline to automate these checking processess on media files.

Thanks in advance

Technicaly, EOM is rarelly in the file itself, and it should be computed from 2 available metadata (Start of Media time code + duration).
If computing it and showing it idirectly in MediaInfo is useful for you, contact us and we could implement it so you have it from the command line.

      Hello Jerome

Thanks for getting back. Having the EOM computed and displayed would be
highly useful. We have segmented media so having the reference point as EOM
helps to validate the content at our end.

Let me know what next steps.

      Thanks again,

      Muthu Ayyeppen

Next step is on your side: contact us (or email info@mediaarea.net ) and we could implement it.
