#173 Bitrate information for MPEG4 AVC in MKV

For an MPEG-4 AVC video contained in MP4 container, we have 3 information regarding bitrate in the video part:
- bit rate mode
- bit rate
- maximum bit rate

When the same video is muxed in a MKV container, we get only one information:
- nominal bit rate

Would it be possible to have the same level of details for MKV container as for MP4 container ?

MP4 has an index, so this is possible to know theses values easily.
Unfortunalty, MKV has no index (or I didn't find it!).

So I must parse the whole file (this will be long!) in order to know theses values.
--> Will not be implemented until I had an option "complete file parsing" in MediaInfo.

Same here: seems like if a MKV file has AVC video and AC3 audio, it shows the bitrate. However with AAC audio, we don't get the bitrates.
