I confirm this is still a problem. The default output folder for C:\Program files\MediaInfo\ does not allow a file to be created. This is due to Windows 7 security. Once the output folder was changed to "My Documents" a file was created. I therefore suggest the default output location is changed.

I installed MediaInfo today, surely a good tool; however, if I press the Export information button, nothing happens.
What can I do?
I just checked, I open a file, I click on "export", then I have the export screen. I can not reproduce your "nothing happens"
