Explorer tooltip doesn't work on mouse over under windows 7 64bit. I'm using v0.7.74.

I can find nothing relevant online so I will just ask here: Is this functionality purported to work in 32-bit Windows 7? I have two separate installations here and regardless of how many times I disable and re-enable the "Explorer tooltip" option in the GUI I cannot get any media (mp3, mkv, mp4, avi) to display anything more than the standard Windows tooltip on mouseover. Is this part of the bug fix or are you focusing exclusively on x64 editions?

Explorer tooltip (under 64-bit Windows 10) works consistently for v0.7.83, but stops working after upgrade to v0.7.84. I have re-installed v0.7.83 several times, followed by then re-installing v0.7.84 again each time, and can assure you that this behaviour is repeatable. (This includes a reboot, just in case that would have some effect. It didn't have any effect!)

Since I use the tooltip all the time, have reverted to v0.7.83 until this is rectified.
