In all my own file tests, and these on this link below, MediaInfo always reports AAC-HE SBR as IMPLICIT, even when EXPLICIT BACKWARDS-COMPATIBLE SIGNALING has been used.

Because it is a bug ;-) and nobody cared about it before you.

Looks like implixit/explicit piece of info is buggy, I need to review the algo (including the detection of "compatible")
