#860 after 0.7.66 MediaInfo messes up the audio info on mpls

Not sure how to report this properly, but at least on mac, when using mediainfo the ID<>audio content association is wrong. (differs from a. ffmpeg b. tsmuxer c. a normal blu-ray player)
Worked fine on 0.7.66.

Only tested this on Mac OS X Mavericks.

-> seems like the stream order got mixed up and like I mentioned the old mac version didn't do this.

latest MediaInfo doesn't crash any more (on Yosmite), but still shows the wrong info :(
Funny thing is that if I copy the mpls or the m2ts file out of the blu-ray structure on hdd, both are analysed properly.

ps.: is there an ftp or similar available where I could upload the whole blu-ray structure?
