Title says it all. It doesn't work in Explorer and in Total Commander 32 & 64bit. Can't revert Windows to 8.0 (it's fresh install of 8.1 Enterprise trial) but probably it will not work, see http://sourceforge.net/p/mediainfo/discussion/297609/thread/84400bd5/
I don't know if this got something to do with this, but I completely disabled UAC using EnableLUA registry entry (which elevates account to "real" administrator and disables Metro apps)

Ok, so I made some testing and reason it's not working is disabling UAC using EnableLUA registry entry.
