MediaInfo, in the past 2 updates (at least, this is when I noticed the problem) has stopped displaying the info about PGS streams inside of M2TS files. 0.7.39 and older worked fine, but 0.7.40+ just don't even show there being any PGS stream at all. If I view the properties of the M2TS file from inside of Media Player Classic (and look at the MediaInfo tab) the info shown there DOES have the PGS stream listed.

I've attached 2 files to this case so that you can see what I mean. One of the files shows how the current versions of MediaInfo display the file info, the other shows how it looks from the MediaInfo output from inside of Media Player Classic's MediaInfo tab in the file properties window.

Please provide a sample of M2TS with this problem.

I can provide a private FTP server access for uploading if needed.

Well, I could send you the whole video file, but it's about 2.66 GB in size. Also, I just played around with more of my files and it appears that MediaInfo DOES display the PGS stream in SOME files, but not in others. I can't see any reason why it's doing that since all of the files are essentially the same (1 h.264 stream, 1 AC3/DTS stream, and 1 PGS stream). Let me know what you'd like me to do, because my thought pattern is saying that in order for you to figure out the problem I'd have to upload 2 video files... 1 that has the problem and 1 that doesn't. I can do that, but it will take a while and you might want to give me a private FTP server to upload to if you want that done.

MediaInfo parses only the first and last 10 seconds of a file. if the PGS is not present in 10 seconds first or last, PGS is not detected. I try to use the clpi file if present (Blu ray structure), else I can detect it. I have currently no good solution in mind, I will try later...

    Accepted.

Warning: non-paid bugs are set to low priority, I don't know when I have time to handle it.

    back to this problem.

    > has stopped displaying the info about PGS streams inside of M2TS files

    This part is weird.
So maybe something is wrong on my side.

I send you FTP credentials by private message. Don't worry about delay, I can not handle this issue soon :)
    (and no problem for place)

I'm uploading the file now. It'll take about 40 minutes or so. I'll email you once it's done. Please don't use this video to cause any problems for me. It's just for an example to show you the problem I'm having, not to be used for copyright infringement.

    I checked it.
The analysis stops now after 50 MB (16 seconds), and the 1st PGS packet is at 80 MB (25 seconds).

I currently force analysis to stop after 16 seconds. I don't know if I will change this as default in the future, analyzing more has a performance impact I am trying to avoid. Maybe an option to parse more than 16 seconds (1 minute?), but I don't know when I will implement this (paid requests have priority)
