No

With 0.7.41 on some Bluray folders we have strange results. We parse either clpi or m2ts files but 0.7.41 re-process (it looks so because I have monitored disk activity) file many times (trying to find something?). After ~20 minutes (usual scan is 5-10 seconds) it provide bad result. For example, the output from 0.7.37 and 0.7.41 attached (BD 2002 - High Crimes)

Note that it happens on 3 Bluray already:
    2002 - High Crimes
    2002 - Road To Perdition
    2002 - Minority Report

    Follow up:
If we parse clpi file (for example 00800.clpi instead of 00800.m2ts) to get Language (you know, that parsing m2ts directly won't show the language for Audio/Text) we get very limited specs for Audio (no bitrate, no channels, etc.) and about half of subtitles missing.

Will test on lower Mediainfo versions and update this Bug report.

Well, I have tested 0.7.39 and 0.7.40. The bug NOT exists in 0.7.39, but appear in 0.7.40, so it was introduced in 0.7.40 somewhat.

I don't remember I have changed something on this side. Maybe on the M2TS part (I changed it a lot). Is it happen on encrypted or decrypted blu-ray?

I think I need files, I contact your per private message for discuting about an upload.

PS: please do not change priority. I decide about priority I want about tickets, and you have no support contract + I need samples to check on my computer. Set to 5.

Follow up. While 0.7.39 works normal for these BD files, some (!) AVI files show similar slowness with it, it is regression comparing to 0.7.37. So I assume the bug was initially introduced in 0.7.39 and then populated in 0.7.40+.

Hope this helps you with further development.

    Thank you!

Sorry not to take care of this bug more quickly, I know this is a major problem, I don't like it, but I am definetely very very late on free support, I priorize people who make me be able to live from my tool.

    I don't forget. But delayed.

Not a problem, I understood. Btw, I tested 0.7.42 and while it doesn't freeze, it produce inaccurate output just as 0.7.40/0.7.41 (no bitrate, partial codecs information, etc)... Unfortunately, still unusable because of it...

0.7.43 has the same problem on the same file. So it works as bad as 0.7.42 (e.g. fast but with inaccurate result). Two months passed, I guess you may need to resolve the issue even if it is free ;) Wonder why your paid subscribers not yet complained of this bug...

Free support is definitely very very late... Paid support too!

    > Wonder why your paid subscribers not yet complained of this bug...

No idea! No one has complained about BLuray currently. They are more on MXF, GXF... currently.

+ I still have **NO** sample with the problem, no sample = not easy to see where is the problem. If you want to speed up the correction, provide a sample...

For your reference - 0.7.44 still has same bug.

I still did not work on this issue, paid requests have still priority and I have currently no time at all for requests without contract and not important for my own needs.

Know you didn't work on it but still contribute to this bug: all versions starting from 0.7.40 up to latest 0.7.48 having same issue. Hopefully you would work it one time :)
