#136 Errors with special characters in filenames

Command line interface terminates if any of the
following letters are used in the filename:
Danish æ/Æ,
Swedish ö/Ö,
German ü/Ü
(Maybe others?)

Example: file "C:\Movies>mediainfo sample_300kbit.mp4"
gives the expected result, but when changing filename
to "C:\Movies>mediainfo sümple_300kbit.mp4" mediainfo
just terminates without any result.

System:Issue experienced with both MediaInfo 0.7.1.2
and 0.7.3.1 Command line versions running on WIN XP.

This bug report might relate to bug report 1527050 ?
(regarding % signs in file names)

MP4 is currently handled with mpeg4ip library, which has
some problems with Unicode.
The next version should have an internal parser, so please
test with the next version.
I will write in this bug report when the rigth release will
be out.

A quick test shows that the issue not seems to be present
for .mp4 files only, but at least also for .3gp and .mov and
probably others (not tested, though).

3GP and MOV (for few years) are rebranded MP4 files, only
rebranded, this is exactly the same inside the files ;-).
SO I use the same parser for them.
