If you're getting an error containing stream ended unexpectedly when running [hg clone] try running [hg clone -r 100] first, followed by [hg pull] This allowed me to clone successfully, even when [hg clone] always failed.

It seems a few people are having issues with this on other projects, so I'm guessing it's something to do with CodePlex not handling large clones very well.
