Media Companion is running from: E:\PortablePrograms\Media Companion 3.766b x64
Movies are in Z:\And some subfolders
When i click "Search" button to scan new with "Download from Fanart.TV for during autoscrape" checked it finds the new Movie, and start scrapeing it, logs show fanart,tv downloads ok, but problem is they end up in root of E:\ (e.g. e:\clearlogo.png) when i expect them to go into z:\Folder Structure\New Movie folder.
If i rescrape the movie it works fine and downloads them again and puts them in the correct folder.

I have found that happens to me sometimes also, but I have not been able to reproduce every time so has been difficult to find and fix.

Happens every time for me just tested with a 20mb clip named it "Matrix (1999).mp4" in folder "Matrix (1999)". 8 Images ended up in the root of the drive representing the 8 checkboxes in fanart.tv art selection. And 3 files in Matrix folder (movie.nfo, poster.jpg, fanart.jpg)

Can you attach your config.xml file so I am using the same settings as you are.
I just tested, and fanart images are going into the movie folder, for me.

So if I can test with your exact setup, should be easier to duplicate.

Sure, created a new test setup with only two movies. Attaching current config.xml.

Still the same result, fanart.tv goes to root of the drive where MC is running from. I have not tried to run MC from z:\ were i have my media. If you think it could make a difference i could try it also. Also i don't run it from c:\ don't know if that makes a difference since i don't know if MC would have access to root of drive then.

Also it happens every time with my current config, i can right click and "delete movie nfo and artwork" and then press Search again and fanart stuff go into root of drive.

Thank you. Issue was with Basic Save selected. Fix in place for the next release.
