task in target 'jar' cannot find this file in user's home. Obviously while only you seem to have it. :)
Normally the file should exist (If you have started MeCat at least one ;) ). Because you get your personal version of the startupTimeing.prop after the first start. This makes the startup progress more accurate.
But I did not build MeCat under Windows for quite a while. Seems it has even been to long.
I'll not have the time to lock into this today, but I expect to lock at it tomorrow.
