Add a getDialogWindow() method in the MDIDialog and the MDIDialogBuilder interfaces and associated classes
Get a default ID for the DefaultMDIDialogBuilder class
Add a new setDisposeOnApply method in the DefaultMDIDialogBuilder class to allow not to dispose of the dialog after applying the dialog
