#16 task priority: background/foreground

I suppose this could be left for TaskMgr.exe, but how
about a [Background]/[Foreground] button like 7-zip has...

Or maybe less obtrusive (and less obvious?), simply
reduce task priority whenever your gui is minimized.

Hi CitizenDAK,

That's a terrific suggestion. I think the background/foreground is oversimplified though, it'd be great to have a drop-down list box with the following options:
* Idle
* Below Normal
* Normal (Default)
* Above Normal
* High
(I don't suggest including realtime though, the result is always horrible).
