#4 load md5 file from other location to verify

If choosing a md5-file from other location then selected
root-folder, all files are not valid.

Message in the MD5 Hash column: "<file> does not
exists."

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Select a root-folder in main-menu e.g. md5summer
install folder "c:\program files\md5summer" (it's default
selection)
2) click "Verify sums"
3) select any md5-file on other location than the
selected root-folder and open the file. Verification starts
and returns the reported error.

suggestion 1:
-------------
Set the root-folder to the folder, where the md5-file is
located after open the md5-file.

suggestion 2:
-------------
do not allow to open a md5-files from other location
then the root-folder selected in main-menu.

at all the tool works fine.

This isn't a bug... but I agree it could be implemented
more intuitively. Let me explain:

The MD5 file can exist on an alternative media (folder) than
the "root" of the files being checksummed.

Suggested alternative:
A) Eliminate the "root folder" tree on the main program screen.
B) [Verify sums] should automatically assume that the
location of the MD5 file *is* the "root folder". However,
the verify dialog should provide a button like [Advanced..]
or [Root Folder..], for the relatively rarer situation when
it needs to be different.
C) The [Create sums] should be similar... It should assume
that the MD5 file it's creating will be in the same folder,
but will allow browsing to a different location.
Also, [Create sums] should (optionally w/ checkbox??)
produce "RELATIVE PATHS" inside the MD5 file, back to the
files being checked. That allows double-clicking the new
file to verify, without further browsing necessary. (I
guess the [Advanced] button in the verify dialog should
override the relative paths in the file?)
