Mouse under Win 10, 64 bit doesn't work

I have the latest build installed under Windows 10, and it doesn't seem that I can use the mouse with it. No selections work. Is there a way to get this working? (The keyboard selections work just fine)

Mouse integration is available,
make sure the console "Quick Edit Mode" property is disabled as it hijack's mouse input.
