New win32 features, ssh2 links enabled and locales

This release can't run in WinXP -> producing error "function NtCreateFile API.." (

  Hi,
  I believe it is not a function that is utilized directly, which is defined
  by ntdll.dll; yet it is labelled as version 0x500 hence should be available
  on a XP.
  Might be the result of the windows crypt functionality used by libssh2.
  
  Can you run depends, dll dependency walker on the mc.exe?
  
  Shall see if I can find a running XP machine.

Is the error generated by "mc" or the bundled "busybox" when running sub-commands.
If busybox you may need to source an older/alt version, sources include

https://frippery.org/busybox/ http://intgat.tigress.co.uk/rmy/files/busybox/ (defunct?)

current busybox release is "BusyBox v1.23.0-TIG-1658-g067f2e7" which may need to be changed.
