QA about license & ECCN number

I'm an IT developer come from Vietnam.
I'm very glad to know you guys as a team of MCrypt.

Our team is developing a web-base application,
and we would like to apply MCrypt inside.
It's truly helpful for our solution now.
We are very grateful if you could give us an approval.

We have a plan to publish officially soon,
but our app will be deployed on Cloud system.
And thus, for US Export Regulations,
we are required to evaluate the export classification number (ECCN).

I visited your home page,
but it seems under construction.
I'm sorry but could you help me for some information about MCrypt?
Have you an ECCN number for it?
As you know, MCrypt is an encryption source code,
so we have to evaluate it before submit request for official release.
