#14 Double Page Mode layout options: remove page gap

Hello,
Using double page mode in fullscreen leaves a large, distracting and unnecessary gap between adjacent pages.
This is even more intrusive when artwork is in a double page spread and a large black line cuts right down then middle.

Perhaps add a display preference that allows users to set the double page pixel gap? Or remove it entirely?
