When opening a file from the last read page instead of the first page, should be some notification "is not the first page." Or, as in xbmc choose from: "1. Continue to XX / XX Page 2. Start from the first page"
MComix now asks if it should resume from the previously opened page, or start from page 1 instead. I also added a text indicating when the user last opened the archive in question.

In #3520846 I talked about the time spent by the read one page. That is how much time has passed since the beginning of the page to go to the next (like a stop-watch). When I read ranobe, sometimes for 10 minutes to read one page, it would be nice to know how many had read the previous page.
