#130 Single instance mode & close to system tray

I'm running MComix on Windows 10.

Launching MComix takes at least 3 seconds, sometimes longer. Once open, it's fast. That's why it would be good if there was an option for a single instance mode so that double-clicking a comic book file would open in the already running instance. For example, in my test, Honeyview and CDisplayEx launch immediately, while YACReader and SumatraPDF launch about twice as fast. Of course, it would be great if the start-up performance could be improved as well.

In addition, it would be convenient to be able to close MComix to the system tray so that it has to be opened just once. There could be a setting to launch it in system tray so that it can start on boot and will be ready to use.
