#152 Can't view overly large images at 100% zoom

When trying to view images with a particularly large resolution at 100% zoom, MComix fails to display them and parts of the UI also disappear at random. I don't know exactly where the limit is, but I can still view a 1x30000 image, but not a 1x40000 image.

This is a regression introduced in 2.0.0. 1.2.1 can handle notably higher resolutions. It still fails at particularly extreme ones (for instance, 30000x30000), but even then, it simply displays the icon signifying it failed to render the image with no further bugs.
