#101 MComix does not remember window state.

After restarting MComix, the window is always in restored state (i.e. never maximized). If the window had been maximized before closing MComix, the window appears to be slightly off the next time, obscuring scrollbars and forcing the user to maximize it manually. This becomes even more apparent if the window's border is quite thick.

This should be fixed now, by remembering if the window was previously maximized.
