Running on a Gentoo system, mCatalog 0.0.4 compiles and
installs fine. But upon running 'mcatalog', the following:

Unhandled Exception: System.DllNotFoundException: libintl
in <0x00053> (wrapper managed-to-native)
Mono.Posix.Catalog:bindtextdomain (intptr,intptr)
in <0x00053> Mono.Posix.Catalog:Init (string,string)
in <0x000c1> GladeApp:.ctor (string[])
in <0x00020> GladeApp:Main (string[])
