Suspend Linux support
As you might know, some of the mcast-tools applications (pim6sd, mfc, pim6dd) cannot be compiled on IPv6-aware Linux.
It is due to a difference in the kernel-userland API between Linux and BSDs. It'll take some time for me to cope with this difference. So I'd like to suspend Linux support in mcast-tool for a while.

From the latest release (20050916), pim6sd supports the embedded-RP(RFC3956).
