#54 Can't connect to WAS 6 server

I'm using version 1.2b9. I'm trying to connect to a
WAS 6 server, I don't see my server automatically when
I choose Websphere 5.x+. When I try to manually add it
by clicking Add on the "Select a server installation"
screen, it doesn't recognize any of the WAS directories
as the server. What should I do to connect to the WAS
6 server? Thanks.
