#43 Auto Connect / Auto Reconnect

Currently (v1.2b9) it seems as MC4J does not
Autoconnect wenn the autoconnect flag is set
and the Application is started.

Furthermore MC4J does not reconnect the
Appserver automatically if the Appserver
hast been restarted on the same Port.
