How can I connect to Jetty 5.1.2 standalone demo server
(without JBoss or something else)? I type for starting it:

java -DSTART=extra/etc/start-jsr77.config -jar
start.jar etc/demo.mlet

After starting Jetty I see that ports 8079, 8080, 8081,
8082 are used. Jetty boot log is attached.

Which server type and connection parameters need I use
for connecting to Jetty?
